O Craig manda também mensagem de indignação (05/11/2007) com a atitude de um ex-integrante, que, segundo ele, está usando o nome da banda com uma nova formação, sem a autorização dos outros ex-integrantes:
I want to go on record by saying I’m not associated with the band currnently calling itself Spy vs Spy and touring at the present time. They do this against my wishes, in a manner I find repulsive and unbecoming of our musical heritage. I wish them no success in their endeavours and would prefer the memory of our music be left unblemished by Mark Cuffe’s new leadership of the group. To know he’s singing the songs written by Mike, Cliff and myself absolutely nauseates me. Mike is the original and the best, but in my opinion Mark is unworthy of the michrophone and leadership of the group vSpy vSpy.“ – Craig Bloxom
